Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use Lead Director, we collect:

Account information: Name, email address, and profile picture provided through Google OAuth authentication
Lead data: Contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes you enter about your franchise leads
Activity data: Call logs, email interactions, meeting schedules, and pipeline stage changes
Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting

2. Google OAuth

Lead Director uses Google OAuth for authentication. We request access to your basic profile information (name and email) to create your account. We do not access your Google contacts, emails, or other Google services unless explicitly enabled by your organization for calendar integration.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide and maintain the Lead Director service
Authenticate users and enforce role-based access within organizations
Generate analytics and reports for franchise administrators
Improve service quality and troubleshoot issues
Communicate service updates to organization administrators

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only in the following circumstances:

Within your organization: Lead data is visible to other users in your franchise location based on role permissions
Service providers: We use cloud infrastructure providers to host the service, subject to their privacy policies
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

Lead data and activity logs are retained for the duration of your organization’s subscription. Upon subscription termination, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. Organization administrators may request earlier deletion by contacting support.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level database security isolating each organization’s data, and regular security audits. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact your organization administrator or reach out to us directly to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to organization administrators.
