Lead data and activity logs are retained for the duration of your organization’s subscription. Upon subscription termination, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. Organization administrators may request earlier deletion by contacting support.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level database security isolating each organization’s data, and regular security audits. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
