Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Lead Director is a lead management platform operated by Infinite State Machines LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) designed for franchise businesses. The service provides guided pipeline management, call and email tracking, meeting scheduling, and related features through mobile and web applications.

2. Account Terms

To use Lead Director, you must authenticate via Google OAuth through your franchise organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is scoped to one or more franchise locations assigned by your organization administrator.

3. Franchise Data

All lead data, call logs, and customer information entered into Lead Director belongs to the franchise organization. Individual users access data according to role-based permissions set by their organization. Data is isolated per organization and not shared between franchise locations unless configured by the organization administrator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations’ data
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
Use the service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite State Machines LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by your organization for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Your organization administrator may also revoke your access. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to organization administrators.
